What We Do
At Phillip A. Jones Consulting, LLC we are reimagining incarceration and restorative justice. We provide a wide range of services to government agencies, educational institutions and advocacy organizations to bring meaningful and sustainable changes to the carceral system. Through substantive policy change, focused curricula and public speaking engagements and events, we are working to restore justice and rehabilitation to the American prison complex.

Policy and Legislation
We provide comprehensive consulting services on proposed and established policy and legislation at both the state and local level, bringing more than three decades of experience to the discussion of justice reform.
Workshops
Our consultants have more than 35 years of collective experience in the justice and prison reform arena. Our Founder leads workshops at universities across the country, bringing his expertise in the field, coupled with his dedication to education to each and every event.
Materials and Articles
Our Founder and staff have written and published various articles on justice reform, rehabilitation, re-entry and advocacy. We also launched a comprehensive curriculum which includes workbooks, companion teaching modules and reference materials for justice-impacted men and women.
